Thank you to all the staff at Arwon’s Little Angels, you all do a top job, as you know Ivy is there every day and is always happy to be there it’s such a comfort to be able to drop her off and know that she is happy to be there and is well cared for whilst I’m at work. She doesn’t just see you guys as teachers but her friends too I ask her most afternoons which friends she got to play with during the day and she’s always mentioning teachers’ names too which is great! Arwon’s is definitely like a second home for Ivy and we appreciate all the hard work you guys put in to make it the best place to be.

Thankyou for absolutely everything you have done for our family over the past year. The love and care you show to our girls is well beyond what we ever expected to receive from a child care centre. You always go above and beyond for us and all the extra help getting the girls to and from the car has made the world of difference to mum.

Knowing our girls are getting the best care in a fun loving environment has made this extremely busy time for us so much easier and one less stress to worry about knowing that they are happy and well looked after.

Good evening Leslie and team,

Happy Easter. We are writing to let you know that we will be taking family holidays from 18 April – 29 April. Arthur and Adele will return to Arwons Little Angels on the 30 April 14.

I also wish to pass on my sincere gratitude for all the work that Franchel and the team has put into the school readiness programme. Arthur is engaged, excited and learning at a great rate of knots!

Dear Lesley,

As discussed this morning, we have now received confirmation of our removal to Canberra. Consequently, Arthur’s and Adele’s last day at Arwon’s will be Tuesday, 11 November 2014. From Wednesday, 12 November 2014, the children will join Go Kindy The Park School at Canberra Airport (a short walk from where we will work). We are lucky that they will be together in the same room, until Arthur starts kindergarten at Garran Primary School next year.

We are very sad to be leaving Arwon’s, because the care you and the staff have given to our children (and to us!) has been exceptional and we are not sure that any other centre could quite live up to the standard you have set. We feel very much part of an extended family and we wish we could take you all with us! The centre is a credit to Cathryn as the owner and you as the supervisor. The highlights that we have particularly cherished have included:

• The caring, friendly and professional approach of every single member of the staff,
• Your high-quality facilities,
• Franchel’s excellent school readiness program,
• The wonderful zoo visits and theme days, and
• The additional thought and care we were shown while Kasey was ill for an extended period earlier this year.

Arthur and Adele have really blossomed this year and for this we owe a great deal to your care. We know that Arthur and Adele will miss the centre, the staff and their friends very much. We will always have fond memories of Arwon’s and we look forward to visiting in the future!

If possible, we would very much like to come back for Arthur’s graduation and the end-of-year function, so please keep us updated!

This is when you know you’ve chosen the right daycare for your kid and have complete faith and trust in the educators that are entrusted to care for your little baby. We had a very upset drop off this morning and there were lots of tears which broke my heart! Not even 20 minutes after leaving I got this message and some photos of a happy Matilda.

It’s the little things like this that make it all worth it. If you haven’t recently, show your daycare educators a little love. They are angels and need to know they are appreciated. I hope mine realise how much we value them!
